Making Forms with Cryptpad

How do I access Cryptpad?

Do I need to log in?
YesYes, you must create an account in order to use itCryptpad collaboratively (thoughalthough you can test it as a Guest user).
You can't loginlog in via the XR HubHub, so you will need to set up your own login.
What is Cryptpad?
CryptPad is used for collaborative editing (a bit like a secure, safe version of Google docs)Docs).
It synchronizessynchronises changes to documents in real time. Because all data is encrypted, the service and its administrators have no way of seeing the content being edited and stored.
Why should I use Cryptpad?
Because it is safe and secure.
What can I do with it?
You can create documents (like Word) or Sheetssheets (like Excel), butas alsowell Forms.as forms.
Introduction to Forms on Cryptpad
Say you want to create a survey for your LGlocal group to find out whatwhich action people wish to participate in. You shouldFirst, log in to Cryptpad and then click on Form,'Form', which will bring up the following screen:
You can name your form on the top left,left. then clickClick 'EDIT' in the Description box at(first box in the topcentre of the screen) to write youra description, writeor a question -(second box) – use the 'Choice' selector forto differentchoose sortsthe ofavailable response,responses and to add more options at the bottom.
After you have finishedfinished, itthe form may look something like this:
Click 'Preview Form' (near the top LHS)left-hand side) to see how itthe survey will appear:
