Its a workshop (facilitated by the Risk Circle) to :

List your risks as events, causes and impacts, Assess each risk's probability and level of impact, Identify actions to reduce the probability and/or impact of each risk. Create a "Plan B" should it occur. Continue to take risks that have been properly assessed.
