Supporter Organisations Stewarding with XR

Our Stewarding team has extensive experience working with allied organisations.

At The Big One, we plan to operate as a single stewarding team. We will provide Pink Hi-Viz tabards, saying STEWARD but with no organisation branding. With 100,000 attendees planned to attend, we need 1,000 Stewards for each shift (am and pm) for each of the four days of the event.

Stewards will be working in teams of up to 10, led by an experienced Steward. Many organisations prefer to have their Stewards working in teams with people they know, others are happy to just have their members join into our teams.

We welcome your members volunteering to join our stewarding teams. This could either be as individuals, or we could arrange online Training sessions specifically tailored to your group

We can operate as a single stewarding team, all wearing identical branding
We can each retain our own branding, usually when we steward our own sections of a march say
We can operate as independant teams, centrally coordinated
