There are four study elements:

Zoom sessions (interactive training with presenters)

recordings of talks e.g. Heading for Extinction or recorded sessions for the convenience of anyone who cannot manage to attend the actual session

modules on Rebellion Academy, XR's online resource library

readings on the Rebel Toolkit
